We believe that all treatment begun should be completed. Incomplete treatment leads to problems, complications and mis-understandings. Incomplete treatment leads to loss of teeth and further disease. Some treatment plans because of their design may take years to complete. In order to undertake them we must have your commitment that they will be completed.

We reserve a specific block of time for each of our patients. We rarely keep you waiting. An appointment with you in our computer is a bond of trust that we will be here to serve you. We expect you to be present for each of your appointments. It is extremely difficult to provide you with the kind of treatment that you expect here with constant short notice changes in the schedule. As a result we charge for all cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance. We are unable to accept messages left with the answering service as notification of appointment changes.

We provide you with our best professional skill, care, and judgement in treatment planning for your treatment. The benefits and the liabilities of neglect are always outlined to you at your review of treatment recommendations appointment. We have found that it is best when fees are paid at the time of service. This allows us to hold down our costs which rises as billing occurs. Our promise to you is that we will continually strive to be a progressive practice in every way and provide you with high quality Dentistry for many years to come.

You will be able to discuss financial arrangements at your first appointment. For our patients with dental insurance, we will electronically file your claim for you the day of your visit with us. Our relationship is with you however so please be prepared to pay for your first visit. If you need to set up financial arrangements we have several financing options that we can discuss with you at your treatment plan appointment.
